Bitcoin Outreach and Education Group (referred to as ‘BOEG’) Terms and Conditions

Introduction:
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the use of Bitcoin Outreach and Education Group’s (BOEG) website, services, and products. By accessing or using our website or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Order Placement and Processing:
   a. BOEG reserves the right to accept or reject any order in whole or in part at its sole discretion.
   b. Orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment.
2. Donations:
   a. All donations are considered final and non-refundable.
   b. Donations made to BOEG are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
3. Payment and Pricing:
   a. Prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars, and Bitcoin, and are subject to change without notice. Bitcoin pricing is subject to change within seconds as it is an actively traded commodity.
   b. BOEG reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in pricing at any time, even after an order has been submitted.
   c. We accept various payment methods including Bitcoin, Cash, and Credit Cards.
   d. Your purchase and payments, or donations, represents a contract denominated in US dollars regardless of payment method. Refunds will be processed in US dollar amounts. You may request to be refunded back in Bitcoin if paid by Bitcoin, but it will be at the US dollar value, not the current Bitcoin value of what you originally paid in by Bitcoin.
4. Returns and Refunds:
   a. We offer a 15-day return policy for items in new condition.
   b. To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return. Support is reachable at orders@boegroup.org.
   c. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
   d. BOEG will issue a refund or replacement, at its discretion, upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
5. Shipping:
   a. BOEG will ship orders within 3 days of receiving full payment.
   b. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and method chosen.
6. Intellectual Property Rights:
   a. All content, unless specifically stated, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, audio, video, or code on our website are the property of BOEG or its licensors.
   b. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or display any content from our website without prior written consent. The exception to this rule is for any web page or pdf documents produced by BOEG that states it is available to reproduce, distribute, and display.
7. Liability:
   a. BOEG shall not be liable for any damages resulting from errors or omissions in the content displayed on our website or from the use of any software, products, or services obtained through our website.
   b. In no event shall BOEG’s liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
8. Governing Law:
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Carolina and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within South Carolina.
9. Termination:
   BOEG reserves the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions or suspend your access to our website or services at any time, without cause or notice.

By accessing or using BOEG’s website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase any products from us.
